A guide to planning, delivering and monitoring VSO BE Programme activities
Introduction
Every year, the Programme Office conducts a Programme Annual Review (PAR), using information generated from volunteer reports and discussions with partners. However, VSO London has indicated to Country Offices that the reporting on ‘impact to beneficiaries’ needs to be improved.
In the course of reviewing our programme evaluation tools, we have realized that a lot of our efforts go into the delivery of activities, but we lack a strong reporting system. We hope that this M&E Toolkit will not only help us to satisfy the new guidelines from London, but – more importantly – will ensure that activities delivered by volunteers and partners are reaching the right beneficiaries in the right ways.
